Adult Private Party ages 13+
Looking for a unique way to celebrate that birthday, anniversary, gender reveal, etc.? Paint and sip parties are the perfect way to engage your guests with little to no hassle for the hosts. LiaNardo will even design and email your invitations for you. Here's how it works:
- Book your date at least 14 days in advance. There is a $75 fee for last minute bookings (7 days or less).
- Select a painting from the LiaNardo gallery or submit your own selection for recreation. Customization is available at an additional $75 fee.
- Nonrefundable $150 deposit required (transferable within 90 days).
- $40 per person. Add $5/pp for wood panels and cutting boards. Add $2/pp for glasses and wine bottles.
- All paint supplies and equipment are provided.
- Full tutorial from blank canvas to a finished masterpiece generally up to 3 hours depending upon the detail of the artwork.
- 10 guest/painter minimum is preferred.
- Small parties of 6 or less are $275 and require a $100 deposit.
- Travel 25+ miles of Fontana, CA is a 1-time fee of $55. Distances 60+ miles are $65.
- Balance due 3 days prior to the event.
- $35 will be charged for 30+ minute delay due to late guest arrivals and every 30 minutes thereafter.
- Parties include games, raffles and prizes.

Kids Party ages 7 - 12
Celebrate birthdays or team events with an unforgettable paint party. Let the kids go wild with creative ways of expression that is fun and engaging.
- Book your date at least 14 days in advance. There is a $75 fee for last minute bookings (7 days or less).
- $150 nonrefundable deposit required (transferable within 90-days).
- Select a painting from the LiaNardo Kids Gallery or submit a painting you'd like recreated. Customization available at an addition $75.
- $28 per child. $15 per child for little ones 6 and under. Little Ones are provided a pre-drawn canvas to paint and create at their own discretion.
- 10-painter minimum required.
- Paint tutorial 1.5 - 2 hours.
- Parties must be accompanied by 2 adults/10 children.
- Travel 25+ miles of Fontana, CA is a 1-time fee of $55. Distances 60+ miles are $65.
- Balance due 3 days prior to the event.

Virtual Private Parties all ages
Virtual paint and sip parties not only let you enjoy the fun from the comfort of your own home, but also with friends and family from across the country! Paint kits are delivered directly to your guests for a no hassle and unforgettable paint night experience.
- Book a date early enough to allow for shipping/delivery.
- Select a painting from the LiaNardo gallery or submit your own selection for recreation. Customization is available at an additional $75 fee.
- $150 nonrefundable deposit is required (transferable within 90-days).
- Paint kits are $60/pp (includes shipping). 3 or more kits delivered to the same address are $50/pp.
- A 10-painter minimum is required.
- $75 - $200 refundable supply deposit required (depending on number of guests). Refunded upon the return of all easels, brushes, and any other requested supplies.
- Balance and supply deposit due 7-days prior to the event.
- Deliveries outside the state of California must be requested a minimum of 10-days prior to the event.
- A Zoom link is emailed within 72 hours of the event.
- Parties include games, raffles and prizes.
Bridal/Wedding Servies
For bridal showers, Bachelorette parties, receptions, rehearsal dinners your guests will never forget. Let LiaNardo entertain your large group event with a paint and sip experience like no other and awesome keepsakes for your guests!
- 30-day advanced booking required.
- A deposit of 25% is required.
- Select a painting from the LiaNardo gallery or submit your own selection for recreation. Customization is available at an additional $75 fee.
- Pricing is based upon guest count. Under 50 guests - $45/pp. 50 - 99 guests -$40/pp. 100 - 199 guests - $35/pp. 200+ guests - $30/pp.
- A 20-painter/guest minimum is required.
- Bride and Groom paint free and are not included in the overall guest count.
- Each guest receives a keepsake apron and artist beret in the wedding colors (or as close to it as possible) with the couple's names and wedding date. Wording can be customized for an additional fee.
- Final guest count must be submitted 14-days prior to the event.
- Balance is due 7-days prior to the event.
- Travel 25+ miles of Fontana, CA is a 1-time fee of $55. 60+ miles is $65 and 75+ miles and/or air travel are at cost.
- Parties include games, raffles and prizes.

FAQ's
- Q - Can I have more than 10 guests?
- A - Yes. The guest count is determined by the Host/Hostess. Ensure that you have the space to accommodate your guest count.
- Q - Do you provide tables and chairs?
- A - Tables only will be provided at an additional fee if requested.
- Q - Can I book a party for a child under 7 years of age?
- A - Yes. However, keep in mind that a paint party requires focus and attention. Use your judgement when considering a party for children under the age of 7.
- Q - Do you provide food and refreshments?
- A - No. Food and refreshments are the responsibility of the Host/Hostess.
- Q - Can adults paint at a child's party?
- A - Yes. However, the adult fee will apply.
- Q - What if I pay for guests that don't show up? Will I be refunded?
- A - Once the final balance is paid, there are no refunds. The guest that failed to arrive will be responsible for refunding funds paid on their behalf.
